Is there any better noise in the history of recorded music than the noise that Duane Allman made playing slide guitar? I’m not sure that there is.
The really amazing thing about it, though, is that not long after Duane’s death, Dickey Betts was able to nearly duplicate Duane’s sound. Has anyone else ever made noise like that? If so, I would like to hear it.

This is very educational content and written well for a change. It's nice to see that some people still understand how to write a quality post!
